Measure the shoulder by stretching the measuring tape across the fullness of the front of the shoulders.
Stand staright and relax. Raise your arms to the side. Place tape measure across shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest. This should be just below the armpits. Insert one finger between the measuring tape and chest for a comfortable fit.
Stand up staright and relax. Place the measuring tape around the natural waistline, just below the navel. Insert one finger between the measuring tape to allow for a comfortable fit.
Stand naturally and relax. Place tape measure around the fullest part of the hip area.
