Color information
If you desire a specific shade or particular color, please provide the pantone number. Otherwise we will match the color directly from the computer generated artwork. Please provide pantone colors from the Pantone Solid Coated/Uncoated Guide. If you do not have access to a pantone chart, please visit your local Kinko’s or print shop. You may also visit www.hyatts.com and receive a pantone sheet of your desired color(s) for $7.00 per sheet + shipping and handling. Please do not obtain pantone colors from a computer or internet source. Computer monitors do vary in settings and pantone colors are not accurately displayed via computers or internet. Pantone colors are made for print on white paper and not fabric. We will match the fabric as close as possible to the pantone colors provided. We can not guarantee an exact color match. If you have any concern about the colors prior to production, please consider our standard delivery.
Process
All items will be shipped via UPS. Customers will be notified when orders are shipped. A tracking number will also be provided. Orders can be tracked at www.ups.com for delivery status, transit location, and estimated delivery date. We ship by standard ground shipping. Customers are responsible for faster shipping preferences if required.
Fast Delivery
3-4 weeks
- Email us your logo, details, and pantone colors∗ or submit you information via our simple quote form for your desired custom tie and/or custom scarf. Our designers will provide you with a free artwork within 24-48 hours.
- Confirm and approval of computer generated artwork by customer.
- Upon approval of artwork we will start full production of your custom order.
- Receive your order in 3-4 weeks. You will receive tracking information of your order via email.
Standard Delivery
6-8 weeks
- Email us your logo, details, and pantone colors∗ or submit you information via our simple quote form for your desired custom tie and/or custom scarf. Our designers will provide you with a free artwork within 24-48 hours.
- Confirm and approve the computer generated artwork.
- Pay the one time setup fee of $99 per item to receive a pre-production sample of your custom tie and/or custom scarf. The setup fee is non-refundable.
- Receive your pre-production sample in approximately 3-4 weeks.
- Upon receipt and approval of preproduction sample we will start full production.
- Receive your full production order in 3-4 weeks. You will receive tracking information of your order via email.
