Payment must be received in full prior to production. Please note that e-checks may take up to 7 days to clear which will cause a delay in processing orders. We do not accept: CODs, Personal Checks, or Money Orders. We accept payments via fax, email, mail, or telephone. All payments sent electronically shall be securely transmitted using Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology.
Pricing
These are general prices. Prices may decrease or increase depending on design. We ensure that all customers are satisfied and our goal is to make sure that we never loose a customer to our competitors. We will match or beat our competitors prices. In order to do this, we must have a quote directly from the company (invoice, fax, etc.). We may offer lower prices for larger orders. Please contact us if you have any questions.

There is a $99 setup is charge applied to all orders. Prices do not include delivery. Includes up to 7 colors. Delivery is a very small cost depending on the quantity that your order (i.e. $10)

- Receive the computer generated artwork within 1-3 business days.
- Approve Artwork.
- Start Production of approved custom wedding item(s)
- Receive your order in 4-5 weeks. Tracking information for your custom wedding necktie order will be sent via email.
- Rush Orders are available for an additional fee. Restrictions apply.
Standard Delivery 6-9 weeks
- Fill out the Get Started Form. Rush Orders are available for an additional fee. Rush orders require approval. Rush orders are products need prior to 4 weeks. Restrictions apply.
- Receive the computer generated artwork within 1-3 business days.
- Confirm and approve the computer generated artwork.
- Order a Pre-Production Swatch ($30 fee) or pre-production necktie/bowtie sample ($99). See pricing for fees.
- Receive your pre-production sample in approximately 4 weeks.
- Approve pre-production swatch or sample.
- Receive your full production order in 4-5 weeks. Tracking information for your custom wedding necktie order will be sent via email.
Refunds and Exchanges
All orders are custom made. Therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
