Yes! We can match according to the PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM (PMS).  

Though PANTONE is not the only color standardization system, it is the most widely used and the one that most printers understand. Aside from being able to have consistency, PANTONE Colors allow you to use colors that cannot be mixed in CMYK.

However, please note, PMS colors are designed for paper ink to be place on white paper.  You may indicate your color, we will match the color as closely as possible.  We cannot guarantee an exact match!  If you have any concerns about the final product,  feel free to order a pre-production swatch or sample prior to production of your full order.

We offer both polyester and silk on most products (with the exception of masks, neck buffs & graduation stoles).  The design will be based same for both fabric choices.  

We offer sizes for adults & kids.  We also offer custom sizes.  Visit the specific product page to view a list of sizes for each product.  Products can be altered upon requested by customer. 

We offer several different processes (woven, screen print, sublimation, etc. ).  The process will depend on the product.  Please view more info under each specific product.  

Simply fill out the get started form and provide our designers with your logo, desired colors, and any design ideas.  Our designers will provide you with computer generated artwork within 1-2 business days. 

You may also provide your completed artwork. 

Your initial mocks up are ONLY the first step in getting an idea of idea of your desired product.   Our design team will work with you to accomplish your vision.  Artwork is usually received within 1-2 business days. 

To request a revision, simply login to your account.  Click the product that needs a revision.  Enter the information under “revision” and click submit.  The information will be submitted to our designers.  You will received your revised artwork within 1-2 business days.  

We provide customers with a reasonable amount of revisions at the discretion of Design Your Tie.   If we determine that that an excessive amount of designs and/or revisions are requested, then we will require a small design fee to continue the artwork.  

You have 2 options depending on your desired delivery date.  

  1.  Submit your order by adding your items to the cart and completing payment.  Receive your order in 3-5 weeks (most popular option)
  2. Submit Your Order by adding items to cart and completing payment.  You will receive a preproduction sample within .  Upon approval of the pre-production sample, we will start production of the full order.  Total production time is approximately 6-8 weeks.

Yes.  You can purchase a non-refundable swatch or pre-production sample prior to ordering.  The cost of the swatch or sample will depend on the product.  Production time for the swatch/pre-production sample is 3-4 weeks. Contact your representative or email us @ info@designyourtie.com for  more information. 

All orders are custom made.  We order the fabric for your custom products immediately upon receipt of your orders.  Therefore, orders CANNOT be canceled after submission. 

The minimum for reorders is based on the products minimum.  There is no minimum on reorders for most products.  Some reorders required a low minimum of 5 or 10.  

The pricing is based on the quantity that you order at the time you reorder and NOT based on the initial order.  For example, if you ordered 100 pieces with your initial order and now you desire only 10 pieces.  The pricing for the reorder will be based on 10 pieces.  

Yes.  The reorders will be the same as the previous order unless a request is made by the customer.  Please note that colors on reorders are generally an exact match.  However, there is a possibility of a small color difference because of the dye lot.

We accept all major credit cards.  We ONLY accept official checks from a company, school, or organization.   We do not accept personal checks.  

An account is setup for customers to review designs and easily request revisions.  The account allows you to login from any desktop, computer, or mobile device.   Some files are large and do not send well through email due to file restrictions & limitations.  

Your user name is your email address that you used with you initially contacted us.  If you have problems logging in, please feel free to also email us @ info@designyourtie.com .  Responses are typically within 1 business day.  

Click the forgot password on the login screen.  You will be emailed a new password.  If you do not receive a new password, please email us directly at info@designyourtie.com and we can assist you with a new password. Responses are typically within 1 business day.

All orders are custom made and all sales are final. We do not allow cancelations, refunds, or exchanges. Please be sure to confirm your design and details prior to submitting payment.

We do not offer refunds.  All customers have the option to receive a pre-production sample to approve prior to receiving your FULL order.  Pre-production samples delay production of  complete order and fall under our Standard Delivery (6-8 weeks).  Please visit our process page to view delivery times.

We have a flat rate shipping cost of $15 for standard ground delivery within the US.  International Rates vary based on location.

Yes. We ship worldwide.  All custom and duty fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes.  We offer rush deliveries for orders needed in less than 3 weeks.  Contact your representative or email us @ info@designyourtie.com to approve delivery date prior to placing your order.  Rush orders will depend on current production schedule and require approval.
